“Premier Business Center” – is a modern retail and office center situated on Calea Orheiului street 28/1.
Compositional decision of the Business Center represents the combination of two volumes: bottom portion that comprises the basement, the ground floor and three more floors where would be situated trading spaces, two coffee bars, lunch room and the restaurant; the top portion comprises eight floors for offices.
“Premier Business Center” faces are represented by laconic shapes with well shaped pictures, wide glazing and modern finishing materials.
The constructional part of the building is executed from monolith concrete – frame on foundation slab. The technical decision confers high safety. Inside the building is foreseen space’s open planning as well as individual projection. Room climate is assured by modern aer conditioning systems as well as by own boiler room.
Building project envisages also modern security systems, access control and video surveillance.
